Almost 20 universities will be present. This includes most local universities  as well as a wide range of universities from throughout the UK. There will also be an opportunity to discuss ideas with a careers advisor.

The fair will give Years 9 to 11 an early start in planning for their future. It is an opportunity for students to find out about courses they can do with their favourite subject or interest and to consider which GCSEs or A Level subjects would be most useful to them. They can find out about the range of careers that courses lead into.
It is also invaluable for Y12 students who are investigating courses and universities in preparation for completing UCAS forms in Autumn 2012. For parents the fair will possibly be the only opportunity they have to speak to university representatives and ask their own important questions.
